The Heat came out on top against Pamlico Christian Academy by a score of  19-14. The Heat haven't had any issues with the Mariners recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive  victory against them.
The team  relied heavily on  Lily Lanier, who  went 2-for-4 with one  home run, three  runs,  and four  RBI. That's the most  runs  she has posted since back in April of 2024.  Meredith King was another key player,  getting on base  in four of her five plate appearances with three  runs and one  RBI.
 They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Liberty Christian Academy  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 14  hits. That's the most  hits they've managed all season.
 Liberty Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 3-7. As for Spring Creek, their loss dropped their record down to 7-6.
