Erie put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Niwot Cougars with a sharp 13-3 win. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won four matchups by ten runs or more so far this season.
Tellena Willert looked comfortable as she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over four innings pitched.
On the hitting side, Natalie Fetters was excellent, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. Kaitlyn Tafoya was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.
