Despite the loss, Neuse Christian Academy saw an underclassman step up: Westin Tilley scored four points along with four steals. Reed Ransone was another key contributor, scoring five points along with two blocks.
Friendship Christian pushed their record up to 12-6 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.0 points per game. As for Neuse Christian Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-11.
Friendship Christian will head out on the road to square off against Thales Academy Apex at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Neuse Christian Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against St. Thomas More Academy at 6:45 p.m.
