The Midstate Christian Academy Archers's game back in January was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They walked away with a 28-18 win over American School for the Deaf. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Midstate Christian Academy also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2022.
Despite the loss, American School for the Deaf saw an underclassman step up: K'Marie O scored six points along with 11 rebounds. It was the first time this season that O pulled down eight or more rebounds.
The win got Midstate Christian Academy back to even at 1-1. As for American School for the Deaf, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-9.
Midstate Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for American School for the Deaf, they will head out on the road to take on Marie Philip at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
