Connor Ensign Tops All Others This Week
Starting off the list is Anderson's Connor Ensign, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Ensign rushed for 101 yards and four touchdowns on only eight carries, and also picked up 104 receiving yards.
Anderson has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. Ensign and Anderson will square off against Lincoln Park at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Carlson had to settle for second on Friday, but Joe Krolak sure wasn't going down easily. Nobody could stop Krolak as he rushed for 176 yards and a touchdown while picking up 9.8 yards per carry, and also threw for 151 yards and a touchdown. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 79-yard run.
The defeat snapped Carlson's losing streak at five games and leaves them with a 5-1 record. Krolak and Carlson will host Woodhaven at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Jackson Steel Sage Makes It Two for Anderson
The second Anderson player making an appearance here is Jackson Steel Sage, and for good reason. He picked up 54 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 70 yards.
On the season, Steel Sage has averaged 145.8 passing yards per game. It gets even more impressive: after six games last season, he was only averaging 1.17 receiving yards per game. This year he is averaging nine receiving yards.

Allen Park Wins Sixth-Straight Thanks to Xaiver Liepe
Allen Park picked up their sixth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Xaiver Liepe. Liepe turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 40 yards and a touchdown, while also picking up 34 receiving yards.
Allen Park pushed their record up to 6-0 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season. Liepe and Allen Park will venture away from home to face off against Trenton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
