The Devils made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 10,711 from 11,985. The improvement was the result of a 28-0 victory over the Giants last week.
Epping/Newmarket's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Alex Hackett threw for 65 yards and Jared Vincent had 39 yards receiving. On the ground Leclerc chipped in 169 yards. Leclerc helped Epping/Newmarket's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 26 yards.
Leclerc provided a threat through the air and on the ground as Ross Salovitch's team topped Bishop Brady. Leclerc's favorite target this week was Vincent, who caught 2 passes for 39 yards.
Vincent was the best wideout in Division III - West this week as the Devils beat Greg Roberts' team.
Epping/Newmarket's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Devils feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Hackett has thrown for 363 yards and 3 touchdowns this season, while Leclerc has 10 catches for 114 yards.
