On Friday, the Lutheran South Academy Pioneers came up short against the Livingston Lions  and fell  51-38.

What's more,  Zamora also posted a 60%  three-point shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's  posted since back in December of 2023. Another player making a difference was  Olivia Varanauski, who  earned seven points plus four  steals.
 Even though they lost, Lutheran South Academy  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 12  offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  pulled down at least nine  offensive rebounds in 14 consecutive  matches  dating back to last season.
 Lutheran South Academy's loss  ended  a  five-game streak of away wins  dating back to last season and  brought them to 1-1. As for Livingston, they now  have a winning record of 2-1.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lutheran South Academy will take on Concordia Lutheran at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Livingston, they will challenge Henderson at 5:45  p.m.  on Tuesday.
