Taylor is 0-10 against Clinton Prairie since September of 2015 but things could change on Friday. The Titans will host the Gophers at 7:00 p.m.
Taylor is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 47 points last Friday, they were much more limited against Sheridan on Friday. They took a 22-13 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Blackhawks. The game marked the Titans' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Clinton Prairie, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Delphi Community 38-0. The Gophers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three contests by 32 points or more this season.
Taylor better keep an eye on Braiden Jarboe. He was instrumental in Clinton Prairie's win, rushing for 81 yards and one score on only six carries, while also picking up 31 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns. Jarboe's longest rush was for an impressive 60 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total. Another passer making a difference was Brady Allen, who threw for 89 yards and three TDs while completing 83.3% of his passes.
Clinton Prairie didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Kye Jacobs and Wyatt Harshbarger. Jacobs got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
Taylor's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Clinton Prairie, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
Friday's game might be decided on the ground. Taylor has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 240.7 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Clinton Prairie struggles in that department as they've been averaging 163.4 rushing yards. There's a good chance Friday's matchup turns into a tough fight on the ground.
Taylor took a serious blow against Clinton Prairie in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, falling 48-7. Will the Titans have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check MaxPreps after the match for a full breakdown of the game, commentary, and other football content.
