The Inglemoor Vikings were the 51-44 winner over the Redmond Mustangs when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. Inglemoor fell to Redmond 48-42.
Redmond got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Iha Kasam out in front who scored 17 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Kasam has scored at least 25% of Redmond's points. Isabel Schneider was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
Inglemoor's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Redmond, they now have a winning record of 4-3.
Inglemoor won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Woodinville at 4:30 p.m. on December 16th. Woodinville has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 436 points over their last six games. Redmond will be home for the holidays to greet Bellevue at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Washington (Bellevue is ranked 101st, while Redmond is ranked 79th).
