The Weiss Wolves will challenge the Hendrickson Hawks at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Weiss is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.1 runs per game this season.
Weiss came out on top against Elgin on Thursday thanks in part to the team's impressive seven-run fifth inning. The Wolves were the clear victors by a 13-2 margin over the Wildcats. The win was nothing new for the Wolves as they're now sitting on three straight.

Landon Teller made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching 1.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in strikeouts (four). He was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double.
In other pitching news, Weiss got a great performance from Thomas Botkin as he didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. Botkin has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in six consecutive appearances.
Back at the plate, Weiss let Torri Limon and Amari Maxwell run wild. Limon went a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one triple, while Maxwell went 3-for-4 with three RBI, two doubles, and one stolen base. That's the most RBI Maxwell has posted since back in April of 2025. Jordan Benjamin was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one triple and one run.
Weiss was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .406. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .321 or higher in three consecutive contests.
Meanwhile, after a string of seven wins, Hendrickson's good fortune finally ran out on Wednesday. They lost 15-1 to McCallum. The game marked the Hawks' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.
AJ Fowler was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-2 with one home run.
Hendrickson's defeat dropped their record down to 12-7-2. As for Weiss, their victory bumped their record up to 16-3-1.
