St. Clair has gone a perfect 3-0 against Fraser recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Saints will challenge the Ramblers at 3:30 p.m. St. Clair will be looking to extend their current eight-game winning streak.
St. Clair can't be too worried about heading out to take on Fraser: they just beat L'Anse Creuse North at home, who had been dominant on their own field up to that point. The Saints walked away with a 13-8 win over the Crusaders on Wednesday.
Hayley McFarlane spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered six earned (and two unearned) runs on six hits and racked up seven Ks. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Gracie Pickelhaupt was a standout: she went 4-for-5 with one home run, two runs, and two doubles. Those four hits gave her a new career-high. Emma Hustek was another key player, going 2-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and two doubles.
They weren't the only ones making solid contact: St. Clair kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 14 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least 11 hits in three consecutive matchups.
Meanwhile, Fraser came up short against Lutheran North on Wednesday and fell 5-2. The Ramblers have struggled against the Mustangs recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Irelyn Bednarchik made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.
Fraser's loss dropped their record down to 6-11. As for St. Clair, their victory bumped their record up to 11-2.
St. Clair's speedy runners might be the difference in Thursday's game. The Saints have been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3.6 stolen bases per game. It's a different story for Fraser, though, as they've been averaging only 0.8 stolen bases. Will they be able to secure the bases, or will St. Clair continue to outrun the ball?
St. Clair came out on top in a nail-biter against Fraser in their previous matchup back in April, sneaking past 7-5. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Saints since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
