Corcoran has won three straight games at home, while Strathmore has won three straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much  on Tuesday. After both having extra time off,  the two teams will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another  at 6:30  p.m. Both come into the  contest bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
It was a proper cat-fight when Corcoran duked it out with Lindsay on Wednesday. The Panthers came out on top against the Cardinals by a score of  3-1.
 Corcoran had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 16-25, 25-20, 26-25,  25-19.
Meanwhile, Strathmore beat Woodlake 3-1  on Wednesday.
 Strathmore was especially dominant in the fourth set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 20-25, 26-24,  25-15.
 Corcoran better focus on containing  Lily Valdez and  Tylie Dement as the pair were huge in Strathmore's win. Valdez  had six  digs and four assists, while  Dement  had seven  digs. Those  four  assists gave  Valdez a new career-high.
 Corcoran's victory bumped their record up to 12-17-3. As for Strathmore, their win bumped their record up to 21-7.
