Central Valley won the last time they faced Chambers/Wheeler Central and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Central Valley Cougars took down the Chambers/Wheeler Central Renegades 62-44.

Central Valley's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Zaden Wolf, who posted 14 points in addition to six rebounds and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Zevan Wolf, who shot 71% from the field on his way to 12 points and five boards.

Central Valley was working as a unit and finished the game with 13 assists. They are 15-3 when they've passed the ball that well.

Chambers/Wheeler Central's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Trey Blackmore, who put up 11 points. Those 11 points gave Blackmore a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Michael Jesse, who had 11 points and eight rebounds.

Central Valley's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 16-7. As for Chambers/Wheeler Central, their loss dropped their record down to 11-13.

Central Valley has already played their next game, a 74-57 win against Riverside on the 27th. Chambers/Wheeler Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
