Sandia View Academy had to start their season on the road on Tuesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They fell to Albuquerque HomeSchool 32-27. Sandia View Academy has not had much luck with Albuquerque HomeSchool recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Among those leading the charge was Hope T, who scored 14 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Reyah A, who scored six points.
The win for Albuquerque HomeSchool keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sandia View Academy will take on Albuquerque HomeSchool at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Albuquerque HomeSchool, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Southwest Learning Center at 7:30 p.m. on February 9th. Albuquerque HomeSchool's defense has only allowed 15.6 points per game this season, so Southwest Learning Center's offense will have their work cut out for them.
