Medford Tech's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Tre Powell led the charge by scoring 34 points along with five rebounds and four steals. Powell has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last six times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Nesta Rice, who scored 22 points along with five rebounds and five steals.
Medford Tech is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 15-2 record this season. As for Pemberton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-10.
