Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Wolfson). Everything went their way against the West Nassau Warriors on Tuesday as they made off with a 61-41 victory. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 33-12.
Despite the loss, West Nassau saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Braydon Taylor posted nine points along with six rebounds and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Josh Stafford, who had five points.
Wolfson's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for West Nassau, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
