In what's become a running theme this season, the Mt. Pleasant Cardinals gave their fans yet another huge  win on Wednesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Overfelt 60-31 at home. The  victory was nothing new for Mt. Pleasant as they're now sitting on three straight.
 Mt. Pleasant found their leader in underclassman  Jordon Flagg, who  scored 18 points along with four  steals. The team also got some help courtesy of  Felix Enow, who  scored nine points along with 14  rebounds.
 Mt. Pleasant pushed their record up to 10-7 with that  victory, which was their fifth straight  at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.2 points per game. As for Overfelt, they are  on a five-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 1-13.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mt. Pleasant will  take on Yerba Buena at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. As for Overfelt, they will head out on the road to  face off against  James Lick at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. James Lick comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
