Tyler Stalter was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out seven over 4.1 innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with one triple and one run. That triple was his first of the season.
In other batting news, Colton Landtiser was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Cole Metz was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.
Pickerington Central kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. That's the most hits they've posted since back in May of 2024.
