The Westview Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matches by 27 points or more this season. They blew past Sierra Linda 63-24 at home. Given Westview's advantage in MaxPreps' Arizona basketball rankings (they are ranked 160th, while Sierra Linda is ranked 329th), the result on Tuesday wasn't entirely unexpected.
Maxwell Bynum was his usual excellent self, scoring 14 points along with six rebounds. He is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played. Cartier Flores was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Westview's victory bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Sierra Linda, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-6.

Westview and Trivium Prep will face off at 7:00 p.m. on December 14th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Trivium Prep comes in still looking for their first win of the season. Sierra Linda won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Fairfax at 7:00 p.m. on December 13th.
