Ozanam suffered their biggest defeat since December 2, 2023 on Thursday. They were dealt a 59-31 loss at the hands of The Daniel Academy.
Ozanam's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Talan Olmstead, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds, and Zaireion Nicholson who scored seven points along with five rebounds. That was a full 45.2% of Ozanam's points, marking the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Frontier School of Excellence's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Ozanam, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-8.
This contest is shaping up to be a blowout: Frontier School of Excellence hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having only averaged 50 points per game. However, it's not like Ozanam struggles in that department as they've been averaging only 52.6 points per game. The only thing between Frontier School of Excellence and another offensive beatdown is Ozanam. Will they be able to keep them contained?
