The Norman Thomas Tigers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their third straight loss. They fell to Stuyvesant 63-57. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Norman Thomas in their matchups with Stuyvesant: they've now lost four in a row.
Several Tigers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jason Guzman, who scored 23 points along with eight rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaden Chazulle, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 15 rebounds.
Norman Thomas has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-15 record this season. As for Stuyvesant, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-8.
Norman Thomas does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Stuyvesant also has no future games currently scheduled.
