Barnwell put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against the Silver Bluff Bulldogs as they made off with a 7-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Warhorses, who have now won seven matchups by six runs or more so far this season.
Laney Grubbs spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered a run (which was unearned) on two hits and racked up 14 Ks. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.
