The Lincoln Lions won the last time they faced the James Lick Comets, and things went their way on Friday too. Everything went Lincoln's way against James Lick as Lincoln made off with a 65-45 win.
Lincoln was led to victory by Joseph Shelton and Caleb Hooks. Shelton scored 15 points, while Hooks scored 15 points along with 7 assists and 7 rebounds. The contest was Hooks' third in a row with at least ten points. Graeson Wagner was another key contributor, scoring 7 points.
Lincoln now has a winning record of 2-1. As for James Lick, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Lincoln is on the road again on Saturday and play against Harker at 4:30 p.m. on December 2nd. Harker is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 60.8 points per game. As for James Lick, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Capuchino at 7:00 p.m.
