While Washington put up plenty of runs on Wednesday, the same can't be said for Lynbrook. The Trojans blew past the Owls 12-0. The Trojans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by nine runs or more this season.

Washington's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-7. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 18.7 runs over those games. As for Lynbrook, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-6.

Washington has already played their next contest (against Gompers), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Lynbrook, they will head out on the road to challenge Locust Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
