Bendle has played every game this season on their home court, but they'll have to hit the road on Friday. They will take on the Bentley Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. Both teams come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Tuesday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Bendle beat New Lothrop 48-43.
Bendle's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Elijah Boyd led the charge by scoring 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Juma Mkakile, who scored 12 points along with 5 rebounds and 4 steals.
Meanwhile, Bentley didn't have too much trouble with Lakeville at home on Friday as they won 62-44. The win was just what Bentley needed coming off of a 56-36 loss in their prior match.
The wins kept both teams' perfect 2-0 season records intact.
Bendle couldn't quite finish off Bentley in their previous matchup back in February and fell 57-55. Can Bendle avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
