Sean Felts continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 26 points along with five rebounds and three blocks. The game was his fifth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Travis Murdock, who scored 16 points.
When it comes to explaining why Cedar lost, one person who can't be blamed is Easton Albrecht. Despite the final result, he scored 15 points along with six rebounds and three steals. Albrecht is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Landon Kreitzer, who scored 11 points along with seven rebounds.
Crimson Cliffs' victory bumped their record up to 6-7. As for Cedar, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-11.
Crimson Cliffs will be playing at home against Desert Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Utah (Desert Hills is ranked 39th, while Crimson Cliffs is ranked 35th). As for Cedar, they will head out on the road to face off against Snow Canyon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The timing is sure in Snow Canyon's favor as the team sits on four straight wins at home while Cedar has been banged up by nine consecutive losses on the road dating back to last season.
