The scorekeeper got an easy start on Friday as neither Laconia nor Plymouth made it on the board until the fifth inning. The Sachems sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 7-6 win over the Bobcats. The Sachems haven't had any issues with the Bobcats recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.
Kaydence Stinson made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She struck out ten batters over seven innings while giving up four earned (and two unearned) runs off four hits. Stinson was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.
