Father McGivney Catholic pushed the score to 44-24 by the end of the third, a deficit First Baptist Academy cut but never quite recovered from.
Father McGivney Catholic was led to victory by David Carroll and Nolan Keller. Carroll scored 15 points along with two steals, while Keller scored 21 points along with three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Ryker Keller, who scored five points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Father McGivney Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 11-19. As for First Baptist Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 13-11 record this season.
