The Bishop McGuinness Villains lost 43-20 to the West Davidson Dragons on Friday.
Henry Kyle and Tristan Styers certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Kyle picked up 157 receiving yards and two TDs, while Styers threw for 274 yards and three touchdowns.
West Davidson was led to victory by Carson Correll and Nic Huff. Correll rushed for 59 yards and one score on only six carries, while Huff rushed for 97 yards on only ten carries. Keegan McCready got in on the action as well, converting a pick into a touchdown.
Bishop McGuinness' defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for West Davidson, the win also got them back to even at 1-1.
