Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 108-7, which was the final score in John F. Kennedy's tilt against La Vernia on Friday. John F. Kennedy was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 49-4.
San Antonio Memorial's defeat was their sixth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 2-26. As for John F. Kennedy, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-23.
San Antonio Memorial barely slipped by John F. Kennedy when the teams last played back in December of 2023, winning 32-31.
