The Beamer Titans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matchups by 22 points or more this season. They claimed a resounding 83-32 win over Washington at home. Winning may never get old, but Beamer sure is getting used to it with their fifth in a row.
It was another big night for Caleb Berry, who went 6 for 9 from beyond the arc en route to 26 points and 7 assists. The game was his fifth in a row with at least ten points. Will Tellis was another key contributor, scoring 16 points.
Beamer's win bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Washington, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-8.
Beamer won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Eisenhower at 2:30 p.m. on December 28th. Eisenhower will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Washington Rankings (they are ranked 186th, while Beamer is ranked 40th). Washington will be staying on the road on January 5, 2024 to face off against Fife at 7:00 p.m. on January 5, 2024.
