Starting off the list is Serra's Cj Mcbean, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Mcbean rushed for 78 yards and a touchdown.

A Season-Best Performance from Ronnell Hewitt Leads Chaminade over Notre Dame (SO)
Chaminade was led to victory by Ronnell Hewitt, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Hewitt rushed for 144 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 8.0 yards per carry. He also made an appearance on special teams (luckily for Chaminade): his a 48-yard strike wound up winning them the game.
Chaminade's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-7. Hewitt and Chaminade will head out to challenge Bishop Amat at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Jaxsen Stokes Delivers Best Effort of Season
Jaxsen Stokes produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Sierra Canyon to the win on Friday. Stokes rushed for 96 yards and two touchdowns on only five carries, and also picked up 47 receiving yards. His longest rush was for an impressive 50 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
The win was the fourth in a row for Sierra Canyon, bringing their record for this year to 6-3. Stokes and Sierra Canyon will square off against Serra at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Butler Posts Huge Game in 52-21 Victory
Jimmy Butler's big game helped extend Serra's winning streak to five on Friday. Butler was dynamite, throwing for 176 yards and three touchdowns, while also punching in a touchdown on the ground. He has been hot recently, having posted three or more passing touchdowns the last three times he's played.
Butler and Serra will host Sierra Canyon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The game will pit Butler up against the Trailblazers' star quarterback Wyatt Becker. With so much talent on the field, fans are surely in for an exciting game. The only thing left to see is who brings home the W.

Steele Pizzella's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Notre Dame (SO) over Chaminade
Rounding off our Top Five is Steele Pizzella of Notre Dame (SO). Pizzella threw for 219 yards and three touchdowns while completing 73.1% of his passes, and also rushed for 60 yards.
Unfortunately for Chaminade, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Pizzella. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Pizzella saw the Eagles), he threw for 247 yards and three touchdowns, and also caught a touchdown.
