Ary Gooden made a big impact no matter where she played. She struck out seven batters over four innings while giving up just one earned (and four unearned) runs off four hits. That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in February. She was also stellar in the batter's box, firing off two home runs, four runs, and five RBI while going 3-for-4.
