While Springville put up some runs on Wednesday, the same can't be said for Holly Pond. Springville was the clear victor by a 10-0 margin over Holly Pond. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matchups by six runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Grant Martinez, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two triples, four RBI, and one run. Those four RBI gave him a new career-high. Alex Holland was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI.

Springville's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 18-3. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Holly Pond, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 12 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-18 record this season.
