Meanwhile, after a disappointing 8 points in the game before, Mohawk made sure to put some points up on the board against Waldport. Mohawk were the clear victor by a 48-18 margin over Waldport. Mohawk were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
Their wins bumped Mohawk to 1-3 and St. Paul to 4-0. Two forfeits in a row aren't very likely, so St. Paul better be ready for a battle.
