The Chino Cowboys won the last time they faced the Chaffey Tigers, and things went their way on Thursday too. Chino strolled past Chaffey with points to spare, taking the game 58-43. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Chino.
Shawn Jamison Jr continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 20 points and 12 rebounds. That makes it eight consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Chino's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Manuel Alba, who scored 11 points along with five rebounds.
Chino is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-13 record this season. As for Chaffey, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-13.
Chino will face off against Don Lugo at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
