After losing to the Lincoln Trojans the last time they met, the Clayton Valley Charter Ugly Eagles decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Clayton Valley Charter secured a 54-49 W over Lincoln on Saturday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Clayton Valley Charter.
Among those leading the charge was Elijah Perryman, who scored 19 points along with 5 rebounds. Cannon Simpson was another key contributor, scoring 9 points along with 5 rebounds.
Clayton Valley Charter's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Lincoln, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
Clayton Valley Charter's road trip will continue as they head out to face Branson at 4:00 p.m. on December 7th. Lincoln will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Verdugo Hills at 7:00 p.m. on December 14th.
