Meanwhile, Glades Central came up short against Moore Haven on Friday and fell 47-39. Glades Central has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Dr. Joaquin Garcia pushed their record up to 4-8 with that victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Glades Central, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 4-4.
