Covenant School of Jacksonville blew past First Coast Christian, posting a 62-28 win on the road. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Covenant School of Jacksonville also won the last time the pair played back in January.
Covenant School of Jacksonville was led to victory by Jaquelyn Barnes and Adah Frazer. Barnes scored 21 points, while Frazer dropped a double-double on 17 points and 12 steals. The matchup was Barnes' fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Savanna O'Dell, who scored 4 points along with 8 steals.
The win got Covenant School of Jacksonville back to even at 2-2. As for First Coast Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Covenant School of Jacksonville will be playing in front of their home fans against Old Plank Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for First Coast Christian, they will head out on the road to face off against Florida School for the Deaf & Blind at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
