Dacula came out on top against Collins Hill on Thursday thanks in part to the team's impressive 11-run fourth inning. The Falcons were the clear victors by a 13-1 margin over the Eagles. The Falcons might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten matchups by eight runs or more this season.

Paisley Brown made a splash while hitting and pitching. She pitched four innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in five consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

In other batting news, Karsyn Plaisance was excellent, going 2-for-3 with three RBI and two runs. Another player making a difference was Tatiana Loera, who went 1-for-4 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one run.

Dacula is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-8 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Collins Hill, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-13.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dacula will host Buford at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Falcons 3.9, the Wolves 0.6) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for Collins Hill, they will welcome Flowery Branch at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
