On Wednesday Cheyenne Hayes struck out seven batters over 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). The performance marked the fewest hits Hayes has had since back in April of 2024. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was her third in a row with less than one earned run.
