Gianmarco Figueroa was his usual excellent self, scoring 17 points along with eight steals and seven rebounds. He continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last four games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Georges Abdulnour, who scored nine points along with 14 rebounds and six assists.
The victory got Verdugo Hills back to even at 5-5. As for Fremont, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-7.
