Dana Hills is 8-2 against the Chargers since February of 2020, and they'll have a chance to extend that success  on Friday. The Dana Hills Dolphins will look to defend their home court  against the El Toro Chargers at 7:00  p.m. One thing working in Dana Hills' favor is that they have posted big  point totals  in their last 14 matchups.
 Dana Hills stacked  a  ninth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They breezed by Aliso Niguel at home  to the tune of  84-53. Given Dana Hills' advantage  in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings  (they are ranked 34th, while the Wolverines are ranked 204th), the result  wasn't entirely unexpected.
 Dana Hills got their  victory on the backs of several key players, but it was  Collin Haugh out in front who  scored 23 points along with five  assists and two  steals. Haugh has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last 17 times he's  played. The team also got some help courtesy of  Logan Scodeller, who  scored 21 points along with five  rebounds and two  steals.
 Meanwhile, El Toro lost to the Wolverines on the road  by a decisive  62-44 margin on Wednesday.
 The losing side was boosted by   Christian Jimenez, who  dropped  a double-double on 17 points and ten  rebounds. That was a full 38.6% of El Toro's points, marking the fourth time in a row he's  earned more than a third of the team's points.  Lydo Smith was another key contributor,  scoring eight points.
 Dana Hills pushed their record up to 22-4 with that  victory, which was their 12th straight  at home dating back to last season. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 78.1 points per game. As for El Toro, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-17.
 Dana Hills strolled past the Chargers when the teams last played  last Wednesday by a score of  74-56. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was   Jimenez, who  scored 21 points along with five  rebounds.
