There's no place like home for the York Falcons, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Friday. They had just enough and edged Oakwood out 2-1. That result was just more of the same for these two, as York also won the last time the pair played last Friday.
They were led to victory by the tag-team duo of
Jean-Pierre Brenot and
Sebastian Del Toro, who scored both of York's goals. The pair have combined for a total of 20 so far this season.
York is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4-1 record this season. As for Oakwood, they dropped their record down to 1-10 with that loss, which was their fifth straight on the road.
York does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Oakwood also has no future games currently scheduled.
