Temple Christian made up a huge gap compared to their last game against C.H. Friend, but they still couldn't quite topple them. Temple Christian blew past C.H. Friend 13-6 on Friday. Reagan Hensley was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out seven over 6.1 innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks any time she's pitched this season. She was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring four runs and stealing two bases while going 3-for-5. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 2.1 runs per game.
In other batting news, Sadie Forster was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-4. What's more, she posted three RBI, the most she's had since back in April of 2024.
