Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask McLeod). They claimed a resounding 77-35 victory over the Linden-Kildare Tigers. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Longhorns considering their 24-point performance the game before.

McLeod's win bumped their record up to 10-17. As for Linden-Kildare, they dropped their record down to 1-14 with the loss, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. McLeod will take on Ore City at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Linden-Kildare, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Linden-Kildare Tigers take on the Union Grove Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
