Granger had a rough outing against Wahluke last Friday, but a little bit of home cooking seems to have fixed things right up. Granger took down Highland 21-6. That result was just more of the same for Granger, who also won the last time these teams played.
Granger got off to a slow start in their previous match, but they had no such trouble against Highland and cruised to a 21-point first half. Highland came up with 6 to make it 21-6 heading into the break. The other side of the ball continued to do well for Granger in the second half and held Highland to 0 points. The win bumped Granger's record up to 0-2. The loss dropped Highland's record to 0-2.
Next week Granger take on Chelan at 5:30 PM. Highland will look to defend their home turf against La Salle at 7:00 PM.
