The match was Hawkins' fifth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Ashlyn Peterson, who scored 15 points.
Redmond's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Natalie West, who scored 11 points along with six rebounds. Yuki Willis was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Bothell's victory was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-2. As for Redmond, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-7.
