Last Friday, Oakcrest didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Atlantic City, but they still walked away with a 25-20 win.
Among those leading the charge was Jamaad Davis, who rushed for 97 yards and two touchdowns, and also caught a touchdown. Nasir Mahmoud made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.
Meanwhile, Haddon Heights entered their tilt with West Deptford with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Haddon Heights enjoyed a cozy 27-13 win over West Deptford on Saturday.
Haddon Heights found their leader in underclassman Cinque Matthews, who rushed for 72 yards and two touchdowns.
Oakcrest now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Haddon Heights, their win was their third straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 6-2.
