West waltzed into their game on Thursday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. Everything went their way against the Independence Falcons as they made off with a 60-37 win. The Wolfpack have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Independence lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Davian Leon, who posted ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Amarius Rowel, who had 11 points.

West's victory bumped their record up to 10-1. As for Independence, with the loss, they broke their seven-game winning streak and moved their record to 8-2.

West wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 46-38 win against Sunnyside on the 27th. Independence has also already played their next game, a 51-41 defeat against Justin Garza on the 27th.
